alrighty. so the results are in, and Iam standing at 158.0 which is okay, I know that there has been a smidgy of a loss becuase it was 158. somthing before. ( so I guess this is why its important to include the points, lol ) anyhow Iam happy, I have not cheated, and I have been strict about sticking too it, and in 9 days I have already had a signifigant loss, so I dont know why I was hoping for more. but, I suppose we will leave that for next weeks weigh in!! Iam thrilled I got my work out in, after such a busy day yesterday I was determind not to miss a day, so 9:40 at night I was out for a power walk with my puppy. for 40 min, power walk, which was good. felt great after, and happy I stuck to my plan, and didnt let myself down.! today Iam aiming at sticking to plan, and making sure I up my work outs a little. and I need to go for a drive to find this book! thank you all once agian.! Iam finially feeling better, and healthier, and ready to get this goal completed, so I can enjoy life, and feel great no matter what!
