Why worry? Last week I posted my new low weight. The entire week I worried that it was a false scale reading. NOT! Although I gained a little less than a half pound the weight scale was accurate. I resisted all week the thought to get on the scale. But I stuck with the one week weigh in. Now ... back to the goal. Less than 300. Some sort of exercise is in order. Keep the Faith.
