Aside from three tablets of Beano, which contains fish, today I was 100% vegan. (That was the last of the Beano, and yesterday I ate the last eggs and fish in the house, except for a few cans of tuna in the back of a cupboard.) Taking the Udo's oil before breakfast and eating peanut butter for breakfast was probably a bad idea, at least I think that was why I was so groggy in the afternoon. Oily food usually makes me sleepy. Energy level was otherwise good, and I didn't have any joint pain, once I was up and moving.
I'm crossing my fingers that after a few weeks, my joints will get seriously better, and my energy level will become more normal.
