Yesterday was a real bitch. Was real hard to keep on track. I have that problem with "it's been a week, why am I still fat" issue. I will do great and then because of something, I still feel fat (which I am) and want it to magically be gone. Managed to get through the day with ZERO cheating so today is better. My knee feels better and stairs are easier so I know that things are changing for the better. I have never logged my thoughts before, so this may help keep me motivated. I see other people going "gee, I worked out for an hour and am having problems losing"...I can only work out for 5 minutes at a time before my heart rate shoots us. Yesterday, I watched a you-tube of a guy that started his weight-loss program. He was over 500 lbs and was walking in a park. He could barely make it from bench to bench. After less than 2 weeks, he was doing complete loops of the park without stopping, so it can be done. I will do this....
