Making Charlotte home until Sunday for work. Keto may be a struggle with my schedule. Hadn't eaten until late lastnight at a meeting and it was far from keto with essentially purely carbs and I am paying for it today with a seriously upset stomach. I brought some easy snacks and will do my best. Anybody have any good tips for when your living out of a hotel for extended stays? I don't want to regress after making good progress.
