I love the days when the scales make me feel accomplished!!!!! And, this is one of them. Sometimes I want to pitch the scales out of the window while my stomach is growling and the number does not budge.........other days I want to shine it up and display it proudly like some sort of trophy!!! Today is one of the good days......only one pound but.....that is better than .5 pounds:)
