Here I go again. Had a great day yesterday (actually probably didn't get enough calories), just noticed that coming downstairs my knees didn't hurt, and noticed that my pants are looser AND am feeling FAT. I think it's the devil in my brain that wants me to fail. I won't let him beat me. It's around this time in previous attempts to lose weight that I quit for some reason and this time that's not going to happen. I want to enjoy life more, so will keep at this until my goal is met.

You deserve to see yourself reach your goals. If you feel discouraged, just come to us and we'll help out. One of the best feelings in the world is when your clothes are too big - just keep that feeling in your mind.
