Three loading days = 5 pounds weight gain.
Which has also equated into no cravings today and not feeling like I was starving. I'm encouraged by this. I don't think last time I did a round that I loaded properly and it made a huge difference.
It is the end of the day and I didn't manage to eat all my calories and I don't feel hungry at all!
DISCLAIMER: This may not work for everyone. Unfortunately, you will just have to see how your individual body responds. I am doing a lot of "no - no's" that are not according to the protocol. Mixing some of the veggies, doing the cottage cheese even though I am not a vegetarian, and doing ground turkey. I am not a legalistic person and I found the first time round around that I still managed to loose weight.
Sticking to it and hanging in there!
