I am a 62 year old Grandma of 6. I have been married to my husband for 45 years and we raised 3 children together. Last August (2016) I reached my all time highest weight of 318lbs. I needed a knee replacement and the surgeon would not do it unless I got down to 270.. and he scheduled the surgery for November 1. I began my low carb high protein low fat journey then and have lost so far 100lbs. I still have 43 more to go.
