I used to do the keto diet, paleo diet, carnivore diet, low-carb diet, intermittent fasting, ect for 7 years on and off but none of them stick. But since August of 2024, I have lost 10.8 kg in 33 days using the one meal-a-day diet. Which is a huge success after years of failure.

I think OMAD is the best way to lose weight, you only eat once a day so you save a lot of time and you help your body heal by letting it have time to rest. That's why in most of my OMAD days I feel so healthy and alive, I actually stop having heart burn when I am doing OMAD and it's amazing.

Here how I do OMAD:
- 200-250g of rice/carb
- 150-200g of food
- 150-200g of vegetable ( stir fried/in a soup/ baked/ NEVER EVER eat boiled veg, it taste like shit)

The regiment I follow is in a week I have to eat 5 days of OMAD and 2 cheat days where I can eat 2 meals a day like OMAD but I can have a little sugar snack along with it.

Please give OMAD a try, it's so low maintaining so you don't have to spend so much time preping food and using mental energy on your diet
