Hello out there!!
my name is Joanna,I'm aged 21 and FINALLY...I think I have decided to do smth for REAL...
I am a student,with a full schedule,but always have time for cycling(to the university and back home),I love dancing salsa(gooood aerobic exercise),and have a quite equilibrated lifestyle,for now.
the only problem is that sometimes I can't control what I eat.I just get lost...in the fridge or in restaurants with friends...it's time to change THIS as well,and live in the most healthy way possible.
my history...
hm...swimming athlete for 9 years,I had my ideal athletic body at the age of 17, weighing 67kg.
In 2006 I gained 20kg in 4 months,but ubnormally,putting up the 10 final ones in two weeks only :( (examssss :P)
since 2006 I have been in several diets never resting more than 1 month,because I always wanted to lose 20kilos in two months :P (OK STUPID,I KNOW).
I dont want to be an utopist anymore,and I really wanna lose...so.A friend told me about the community and I will do it!
