I gained 40 lbs the last time my husband was in Iraq. I would really like to loose it while he is deployed this time. I am an emotional eater, but have been doing better lately. I would really like to have a waist again.
We moved to a farm in Kansas and I really don't know anyone here. I try to keep things running while he is gone, but there is always something that makes me want to go to the pantry. I have not been buying a lot of my comfort foods, but also have a teen age son in the house, so I can't get rid of everything.
