I am a morbidly obese woman. 44 years old. I work 12 hrs a day 3 to 4 days a week at a local hospital where I live. I have 1 daughter at home that is spoiled rotten and I love her very much. I am in a domestic partnership with my best friend and partner of 13 years now. I am just trying to lose some weight because I know what people see when they look at me and I know how unhealthy I am. I have tried lots of diet plans before but nothing seems to work for long. I am setting mini goals to try to keep myself motivated. My final goal is 160 but that is far away so for now small goals till the big prize.
