I am married, male, 29 living in Dallas, TX. For Most part of my life, I maintained good body weight and I did it by physical activity (sports,streneous cardio and light gym) and not by being on any kind of diet program. But for the last 2-3 years, I have put on extra 10-15 KGs. This is again because of change in life style and decreased activity. But I now am trying to get back to my old-gold days by combining healthy diet and exercise. I am not a big meat eater. I eat only chicken and no red meat or sea food (not even fish). I eat almost all vegetables and they are 90% of my diet ingrediants. I eat white rice (should cut down) and wheat bread with lunch and dinner. No sweets for me. I take only diet coke and light beer :) .
