Back on track again!! :D I stepped out to Wii Fit for an hour yesterday while watching a movie with the kids as I knew I wouldn't be able to get to the gym. I watched my calorie intake all day, but for some reason was really hungry around 3pm, so made sure I ate fruit and nuts...things that would fill me up without using up too many calories.
It was so nice to wake up, weigh myself and see a loss again! :D

I've had a terrible falling off the wagon weekend. We had a blissful day/night when the children were all sleeping over at their Nanna's, so we had drinks and nibblies in the city after walking around the markets, then came home and had dinner at a local restaurant. It was lovely but I threw the diet and excercise program to the wind and now I'm paying for it. 1kg gain :(
I feel terrible but determined to get back up again, follow my low cal diet again and go to the gym tonight. I'd love to finally make it to the 85 kg mark. That would be REALLY inspiring!

Just got back from the gym and feeling GREAT! I always feel so much better and energised after I've been to the gym. And to top it all off I just won 10 FREE P/T sessions, starting next Friday with my gym for referring someone on!!!! I'm trying to get up to jogging 5K for the Bridge to Brisbane run in August so I'm hoping th P/T can help me reset my goals to include training for that. I've been doing jogging in intervals combined with fast walking and have managed today to get up to jogging 1.5K which is definately the furthest I have ever jogged! LOVE IT!
