Body fat 25.9
I really don't know how that happened given how much crap I ate this week, however it was pretty busy and stressful so maybe I burned more calories than I thought... that or I'm dehydrated!
I'll have to make sure I sustain this loss over the next couple weeks.
Edit: OMG I just realised my bar changed colour! How exciting!

Super happy about this as I ate a tonne of vegemite yesterday and the drank heaps of water, so was expecting all the salt to elevate my weight.

This actually was a week between weigh-ins, I forgot to enter it the day I did it and then I put it on the wrong day.
Body fat 26.4 although I felt a bit dehydrated this morning which might have made it lower.
Enjoying getting back into running after the flu!
