Weight stable after 36 hours away from home to complete the examining season. That's pleasing cos it's hard to find the food I want when I'm confined to a school all day and nothing good is on offer.

Result! I managed the day on a single 400 calorie meal yesterday - it helped a lot that I was at the theatre in the evening and the play lasted over two hours. It was past meal-time when I got home so I didn't bother. Although I was hungry trying to get to sleep, I dropped off eventually. It was worth it to be back in what I now consider my "normal" weight range.

Happy to see the scales down again today, to 57.3kg, and that success without too much effort has spurred me on further - today I'll be "fasting" - 500 calories for the day. Hopefully that will really get me back on track and into a better mindset.

OK I've managed to put the brakes on, a bit, but still feeling like I could eat all day! Just back below 58kg today, going in teh right direction again.

Still struggling with evening snacking and haven't done a "fast" day in two weeks. Not great.
Political situation here is at the top of everybody's agenda.
