Well yesterday once again kinda didn't do it right. Was on a good start in the morning then went to visit some friends and had a few drinks(yups) had some chips and tom/basil salad withcheese (not bad) then came home had a beer and some noodles.
But got up today and did
2 MY WORKOUTS a kickboxing and a dance and sculpt
25 in treadmill ran 1 mile walked rest about 251 cals and1.80miles
have already drank two huge glasses of water
2 cups of coffe
b 2 egg omelete with fresh onions,peppers,mushroom and turkey with skim milk cheese and two turkey sasuages--well thats what I made I left one sausage and about 5-6 big bites of the omelete behind. trying to work on the putting the fork down between each bit and drinking a gulp of water after each bite. seems to be slowing my eating and taking in less calories.

Well I think I managed to stay good yesterday didn't get out of work til midnight so i needed to unwind when I came home and had a glass of wine
today I got up and did
MY Workout which was tummy and butt toning today
15 min run/walk on treadmill
Ate two pieces of boneless ribs and some beans
water
Iam not going to be to hard on myself for the next few days cause its that time of month coming so I know weigh in a few days probably wont be good.

Well today I plan to have a better day.
off to do a mywork out routine( i did two of them)
and run/walk for about 20 min
I have to big things coming up soon 1. is my boyfriends family reumion and I haven't seen most of his family since his grammas funeral and I was about 20lbs heavier and its less then two weeks away. 2. I have my fitness test for work and would like to do great on it, the better we do the more rewrd(money) we get.
planned on having
b-three egg faux french toast with two pieces of turkey sausage
l- anitipasta salad
two rice cakes one with p.b
apple one turkey cutlet
not sure about the rest I have to work 11a-11p so we will see

Did horrible this weekend. My brother came up and was doing ok but then we had rib sandwiches then pizza and wings oh my!!! Afraid to check my weight but back somewhat on track today
had small ceaser salad
a few chicken nuggets
coffe and water
Iam trying
gona try to run when i get out at 11pm but Iam not gona hold my breath to much.
But did get some walking in and went to the renance festive and did alot of walking along with riding the motor cycle there and back. Oh well today is another day

Hey everyone lost a pound WOOOOWWWW I am proud'
did today
20 min of boot camp workout
20 min of run/walk with dog which means I got a arm workout with it
not so good eating
went to beach and relaxed muchly(don't thing that is a work lol) needed
so spare ribs (no bones with bun)
some chips i know very very bad
oh well i am trying iam!!!
