Well its been a busy week again didn't get out of work either days on time which ment no workout. did ok eating yesterday I had some fries which I immedialty regretted. Today I got up and did boot camp and 25 min on treadmil 17 running and abe work. I wish I could say I feel better but I think its time to see the doctor, did you ever realize something is not right with your system but you can't pin point it. I became sick to my stomach before i even hit a mile running (have pt test in a month) Whatever it is I think is holding the weight on. Ive been pretty good and workout out when ever I can and Iam staying the same. I hate doctors but I guess its time to find out whats going on. I have been watching my portions and if I do eat something I shouldn't (fries) I monitor how many I have. I know Iam eating much healthier then I had from April til now. Any suggestions

hey everyone well I survived the family reunion. I did alright eating but I did have a piece of cherry pie made with splenda and a scoop of homemade ice cream (can't resist homemade ice cream made in front of you) but no workout yesterday or today got out of work late again today so hopefully tomorrow i get in a run. But however I did a 6.6 mile kayaking trip can you say tired. Trying to stay off the scale hopefully see a difference Now Iam being told that my guys mom dad and brother and his girlfriend (whom thinks shes better then everyone else, but can't pass our agility test) want ot come now. So now the push is really on to loss some weight.

Well did well last night except for the two glasses of wine but hay Iam not and wont give everything up... Did well eating made a cranberry pot roast with green beans and big salad for dinner. For me my guy and his friend. They asked for seconds so it must have been good.
Today got up and I know I am eating healthier and feeling better cause the lets say inimate side as spiked(sorry if TMI) on my way now for a kayaking trip with my cousin it should be a great workout the wind is blowing like crazy and its only 52 deg right now so ill have to work out hard against the wind and cold.
B-3 eggs faux french toast with 2 turkey sausages.
No idea on the rest of the day
Any runners out there? I have been off and on for years now for the job but recently my legs become very restless at night, not in pain but achy annoyingness. Any thoughts or ideas

Well I was hoping for another pound to be gone today (high hopes I know) The not working out for four days really hurt me. But I held well with eating yesterday, Quiches, spaqetti squash sausage, turkey chili and I had to rice cakes (was feeling sick again)
Today
Did a bridal boot camp (no not getting married) but an awesome workout for swim suit or another dress
15 min walk run treadmill
B-2 egg omelet
another 20 min treadmill 1.5run walk the rest
Have a Kayaking trip tomorrow planned and can't wait. Will do my best with eating today as well

Up bright an early for work and one pound lighter WHOOO I know its probably water weight but 1 is 1. Let you know how the day goes later
Well I did great all day with eating but no workout.I just don't have the energy after working 12 hrs. but tomorrow is another day and I will get it in.
