I haven't recorded it yet. But this morning I weighted 169.6! I'm officially in the 160's, yahooo! So my May Goal of losing 10 pounds is looking attainable. I've lost 6 pounds this month! YEAHHHH! Two weeks left and 4 pounds to go. Let's do it!

WOW! The pounds are melting off, I'm on Phase one of the Fat Smash and it's going going gone! Thank you Jesus! I'm enjoying Phase one that I will either keep doing it or do it again. Be encouraged.

Hello,
I started the Fat Smash On today, phase one and this is the only diet ("lifestyle change") that I am eating my fav foods and I'm really FULL! For lunch I had one cup of brown rice and one cup of lentils (my famous recipe) and I'm supposed to eat again in another hour and I don't know if I can. I pray that I lose 9 pounds in the next 2 weeks which is what others lose during this detox phase. Last week I worked out 5 days! Yeah me! With work and church and my busy schedule, that's a real accomplishment. Happy Smashing! (Fat that is! :)

Here's the skinny. I have to write again about jean therapy. What a difference 4 months make. Ok I am wearing the jeans that I wore when traveling to my parents for Christmas this past year. When I wore them Dec. last year, they did not zip nor button up at all! I wore a long shirt to cover. I'm now wearing them zipped and buttoned but they are falling off of my bum. I didn't wear a belt today cause I was just excited I can fit them again. I need to find an elasticized belt for this shrinking waist.

I know I'm supposed to weigh in once a week but I'm trying to lose 2.5 pounds a week and need to check in midweek to see if I'm on track and I am. Lost 1 pound so far this week, 1.5 pounds to go until Monday. My body is a little sore from boot camp and Zumba but today is my rest day but not my cheat day.
