Hello again,
My coworkers are noticing my weight loss :) my mentor shook my hand was like great job you lost some weight in a short period of time. LOL! I wore my VICTORY jeans to work today. They are not Plus Size and yet they are still a little baggy. Whoo Hoo! Treadmill again last nite. Eating normal but not going crazy! That's the key folks. I enjoy being a thinspiration to my family, coworkers and friends. It's a blessing and it keeps me on my toes. My mom is trying the fat smash diet, it's so funny because she fried chicken for my dad the other day and I was like "You know you can't eat that in Phase 1 Detox" She responded, I'm taking off the skin! That's hillarious, gotta love down south country folks that consider not eating the skin a DIET and the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE! be blessed

Hello,
This week I've been doing the treadmill. Last nite instead of Zumba, i burned 300 cals on the treadmill on a 5.0 incline. Talk about a workout. I missed my hubby and see working out at home as a way to still be with him and it even motivated him to hop on to. Thank You Jesus! He did a mile on it Monday nite and claims he felt great the next morning so he hopped on again last night. Well if me working out at home is going to have this kind of effect on him. Treadmill, here we come! I'm seriously thinking about doing the P90X workout. I want to tone. I've read reviews and watched youtube videos of others progress. I don't want to bulk up so I concentrated on the reviews given by the women. In the after pics, these post P90X ladies had six packs! WOW! I hear it's not for the faint at heart. I asked my hubby to do it with me and he flat out said NO! LOL! I just love that man! I guess he's like one thing at a time babe, one thing at a time! Be Blessed!

Well, I'm not a quitter but I only did 1 week of the Extreme Fat Smash. I got sick over the weekend and had to stop. Still don't know why or how I got sick. But I figure it's a good time to take a break from dieting. I will resume on next week if I feel better. The great thing about it is that when given choices to eat what I want, I am making the right choice! That's the purpose of dieting is to train your mind to make the right choice for permanent weight loss and overall health improvement. I dusted off the treadmill lastnight and put it on an incline and did 1.5 miles. Boy, was that hard but I got to get my cardio in. Tonight is Zumba! Yeah, I missed last week. I hope I'm not too rusty. I need new clothes. Everything is falling off of me. LOL! Be Blessed!

This week was a bust in workouts. :(. I'm going to the park to jog in a little while. Something better than nothing. I'm performing a praise dance routine tonight with our Dance Troupe "Simply Praise", don't want to be panting like Im out of shape. LOL! Thank God I ate perfect this week! Went to farmer's market this morning and got some fresh yellow tomatoes. I sliced one and grilled with a little EVOO and seasonings. Yummy snack! Maybe I can try making spaghetti sauce with them. They are low acid too. Also bought some homemade sugar free strawberry/pineapple jam. That was good too. Scored some organic vanilla honey. Talk about a treat.
Well at least I lost weight this week, if I would have worked out it would have been more. Oh, my waist and hip measurements are almost to my goal. I lost 7 inches on my HIPS! and 8 inches on my WAIST! Hallelujah! I want to lose 2 more inches on the hips and 4 more inces on the waist. Be Blessed!

Not exercising as I should. Busy week working 10.5 and 11 hour days at work. I will make up for it during the weekend. I'm off tomorrow thru Sunday so I'll work out twice a day Friday and Saturday and once on Sunday. It's a plan. ALL is WELL still. Be Blessed!
