its noon time went to gym and walked in the mall yahooooo

didn't record my eats today ??? feeling of course wiped out been sleeping a lot
didn't take any nap while i was gone
so much to do and even when it came to lights out I was the only one with this miners flash light on my head so I could read ....
felt a lot of joy and fun meeting many who have over come cancer
meet a Mom and daughter
Mom has recovered yet daughter still struggling so sad
yet I see there Love for each other is beautiful ..
more food given to us then any of us needed
first day I kept more then not an eye on my food
second day totally forgot to even try
by Friday it was breastfed and lunch and I did notices myself pull back ,, even though it seemed like i wanted to try every thing
even though I knew my belly wouldn't like that after effect of being stuffed feeling,, so I passed on the extras that felt good to me ,
time flew by ,,,,,,,,,,,
wasn't even inserted in getting on FS today ,,????
guess I haven't been on the losing side lately but then this very small voices that Loves me to be comfortable in my own body ,,
and seeing that I have lost ,,,,,,to say ,,, this is for me ,, to get better <3 the reason I first started ,,was the same goal of ,, the smaller i get the better i feel in my own body ,,, because the extra weight is so hard on the body ..good night sweet dreams to all missed ya <3 Love ya Lord thanks for my FS Family I Pray there well <3 Love ya Much Dolores Lynn <3

excited to go
be gone till Friday not sure noon or late ,,, will see how I feel wither I get on Friday or Saturday
