Hi, everyone! Hope you are well. Vacation was a fun time, and I ate restaurant meals three times a day. Oops! I was below my goal weight when we left, so it looks like I gained a lot. If I lose 2 lbs I should be back at my goal weight again. I must have been crazy to lose too much weight. I think I feel the most healthy when I stay between 130-135 lbs. I look forward to seeing your accomplishments. :) Good luck to all of you!

I was finding quotes from other people and posting there. Today I thought I should make up my own quote, but I did that once before and googled it and somebody else, in fact a lot of people had already said it. So I looked up my new quote and searched the Internet to see if someone else said this before me and nobody did, so you guys remember that it was me who said this!
