Ok today has officially been the worst birthday ever!!!! KNow wonder why at a certain age people stay the same age for the rest of thier life. First of all Im soooooo sore from my workout that took place on Monday.Then I forgot to grab my snacks and my lunch.....which in turn I didnt get to eat at my desk and go to the gym during lunch. Im having the crappiest day and Im a year older !!Well nor birthday cake for me I am still gonna hit the gym tonight and do cardio,upperbody workout and a coreworkout!! That will be my present to my body!!!

Have you ever had a moment where you think you have got a hold of things..... only to realize your a far stretch from it? On Saturday I stayed on check ate what I was supposed to I also went and did a resistance workout as well as cardio. Only to fail myself on Sunday,
I know that if I had actually went to the grocery store I probably would have cooked a healthy dinner. I know I need to quit making excuses and stick with it.Sometimes I let everything around me affect how I feel and that has to stop. So I am really going to knock it way out of the park this week and pray that I can stick to my guns on the weekend.

Yesterday I had a cheat meal with My hubby since it was his Birthday. I decided not to feel guilty because I have really been working hard and of course I will continue to as well.
