Yesterday was a tough day. Coworkers last day started with cake (I had one small piece, kinda really felt pressured to). Then for lunch they brought my BIGGEST weakness, pizza! I did have 2 small pieces (as opposed to the 4+ I would have normally had). So I went home, not too disappointed in myself. I had a salad for dinner. But then my son was heading to the food court at the mall. For whatever reason I had him get me some fries and a breadstick (I wasn't really hungry, I just wanted them). Why?!!! Why do I sabotage myself like this? I'm trying not to beat myself up, realizing that one "whoops" day isn't the end of the world, but I don't understand why I do this?!! I'm trying to change my lifestyle, not just lose weight. I think really understanding why I do this stuff would help sooooo much!!!
