Was doing ok until I settled down on the sofa.. had 3 cans of gin and slimline tonic, but at least that’s portion control.. I could it a big dent in a bottle of actual gin, so this was less dangerous!
As always, alcohol lowered my willpower and I had some of the matchmakers chocolates that the rest of the family were eating😊
So, to keep my motivation up, I got the measuring tape out to assess the damage,so here is my starting point
Bust 46.75inches (36H)
Waist 40.0 inches
Hips 42.0 inches
Will remeasure in a month🤔😧

Fasted for 25.5 hrs till lunchtime, then I felt very dizzy so I ate
Went to tea shop with my daughter.. she had panni and a scone
I had tea and half a scone.. they were homemade, so no joint pain from additives this morning .. I just chose the largest sultana scone on FS database and halved it.. so not weighed but roughly accurate
Wasn’t hungry at dinner time, so fasted from 3.30pm yesterday TIL 10am today

Aiming to gradually build up to 2 or 3 day fasts
Out fir a car very tomorrow, so plenty of meats and some green veggies, OH is doing the shopping today.. have asked for some nuts as I haven’t had any fir a few weeks and need some crunchiness

I ate lunch yesterday, then ironed all afternoon and went to parents evening. ( my last one ever!!)
I will miss my younger Daughter’s parents evenings.. watching the teachers struggling to encourage her, whilst saying she is very bright,but very lazy. She’s upped her game now that her exams are approaching, shes actually doing homework and I’ve got her an English tutor.
As I’ve managed to cut down my carbs this week, I wasn’t hungry when I came home..so I had a cuppa and a pint of water.. so I’ve already fasted for 20.5 hrs and it’s showing on the scales 😁🎉
Aiming for at least 24 hrs fast.. both the kids are off school today on “study leave”,so I presume I’ll have a houseful of teenagers😁

Probably pretty much on target for macros yesterday.. I cooked a chicken korma ,so included the ingredients for one quarter Portion but left a lot of the sauce.🎉
Keto bread was ok.. smelt more eggy than it tasted and 90secs in the microwave when I’m craving bread or crackers can’t be bad 😉
The recipient used almond flour and coconut oil( which was solid)
What’s the difference between almond flour/ground almonds and coconut oil/block of creamed coconut?
And thanks to Doobs I remembered my cumin in my curry 😉
