Dietician said “Eat your 100 g protein 1st”!!!
30 g chocolate premier protein
20 g One bar
20 g Greek Yogurt
So, that’s at least 70 g.
The choose lean protein bar or shake or meat/chicken/fish and whole food green vegetables.
I’ve been switching them up as long as u get 100 G protein. Not sure why but it’s working!!!

I looked up best nuts decided on Brazil’s as I’m tiring of walnuts and pecans. Although made sure everyone had pistachios for thanksgiving.
Looked up best fruit and decided on organic blueberries, lemon & 2 grapefruit.
Choose one zucchini and one onion for veggies, have carrots and forgot my fresh ginger.
It occurred to me that my freezer is filled with meat so I’m not buying any for a while. I’m going to get protein from other sources, and continue to eat less meat.
Protein:
Premier protein has 30 G protein, 1 g sugar
Greek yogurt has20-24, read the labels and choose a one with no added sugar
My One bar has 20 G protein, fiber to low net carbs

Back from the holidays with family and up a few pounds. But kid and boyfriend are moved out 2 weeks ago. I feel I’m at a better place now, sad I miss them but happy they can move on d/t my baby engineer landing her first engineering job with defense company.
I’ve done really good last few days managing to take off weight gain. A “One bar” when my sweet tooth kicks in . A premier chocolate shake next. Trying to drink water between everything I eat. Then 5-6 oz lean protein with little vegetables and another round of One Bar and protein shake. Repeat another day. Seems to be working. Tonight had Greek yogurt with grapefruit and lemon and stevia, was yummy!
I’ve kicked the ice cream at Brahms and replaced with yo nana , favorite is banana with ripe mangos. It got to b better than ice cream and delicious.
Today I decided to only get my list when shopping.
