ok started to rollercoaster with this weight. hanging between 197 and 194. UGH!!! 22 Kill complete. will be off for 4 days this weekend. gotta find something to do so I don't sabotage all of this work. goal is still 190lbs. running a 6 miler on Friday along with the gym. Have a great rest of the week folks. after the gym today, I weighed again, Yes again. I am down to 193lbs. I hope to be able to keep this up until Friday. at the rate I should be at or around the 190lb mark. fingers crossed

re-weighed today after 2nd weigh-in and I am back down to 195. I am hoping I will be down to 192 by Friday. if I have to I will start my 3 a days. sucks to be me right now. The last few pounds are always the hardest to get off. UGH!!!!!

22 kill complete. trying to shake up my routine today. did 45mins of Interval training on the elliptical. about 30mins of Ab core workout (P90X, then some dips and pull-ups. gaining weight but it is a good solid weight.

22 Kill complete for the day. It is Friday and first workout of the day done. 6 miles on elliptical and loads of core exercises done. got a few dips and pull-ups in also. started doing standing row with 45lb bar and 45lb weight. this was 2 days ago and still sore as all get out. But it is a good soreness. Pain is weakness leaving the body.
I started taking my calories to 2600 yesterday as suggested by a dietician. ^%#^%#$&%#$ I will not do that again. I woke this morning actually feeling very sluggish. Couldn't believe my system slowed down that much. Well, Anyway I am going back to about 1200 calories a day. I originally started about not going over 800 calories but that my friends is a very hard feat to accomplish. I think 1200 calories a day is about right for me.

Finally broke my 197lb plateau. adjusted my calorie intake. I am trying to take in about 2700 a day. right now I am only taking in about 1200 calories if I am lucky.
I started taking a new shake replacement meal/muscle repair. about 810 calories come from the shake and the rest from regular meals and snacks through the day.
22 Kill done for the day. completed my 22 push-ups. Keep your head and spirits up.
