Not sure what's going on. I haven't started training yet... it just keeps going up ever since I came off my water fast. Now I weigh more than before I started my water fast.
My personal trainer asked me to only weigh once a week. It will be hard to do and I'm not sure I want to give up my morning weigh-in.
She is also concerned with my ultra low kcal. She wants me to increase my intake to 700-900 kcal/day because my muscles are going to need more fuel then my fat storage.

*sigh* What can I say, last night was my carb nite and I went to bed feeling so sick. My mom came into town and we both feel like we never want to eat like that again. I think it is the old method of quitting smoking; when people buy a large carton of cigs and smoke the whole box. Just makes you feel yucky.
Well, back on 500-700 kcal/day LCHF. It's always nice to get back to a way of eating that makes me feel good.

I still look amazing even after the little gain. No worries. My spike night is tomorrow and I'm sure that we through me for another loop... Just keeping it interesting. :)

I'm not too concerned about the gain. I spoke to my new personal trainer (aka my aunt who is a certified trainer and competes in figure competitions) and she informed me this morning that I am not a fat girl anymore and I don't need to focus on the scale. I need to focus on 'polishing'. She is going to help me navigate how to train my body and become stronger. She also encouraged me to up my kcal by 200 on days that I train... with carbs. I'm still not so sure about that. This is a learning process and I know that I don't know everything.
I actually started to cry when she told me I wasn't fat. Not that I was sad, but it was a relief... it will take a lot to shift my body image from being fat to fit.
