=( the kids did not like their easter eggs muttermutter
so we just HAD to eat them ;P
t'is all good they got plenty from others and we dont force them to take on this lifestyle.
I found a photo I took a few years ago before I did a water fast and really got on this road to health. Its one of those cringy ones where you are brutally honest with yourself. I'll take some up to date ones very soon and post up the before and after shots. Seeing the photo gave me heaps of motivation. I did not realise how overweight I was back then.
Lunch today, a mega fruit salad bursting with flavours and nutrition.

Off today to visit a friend who has come to QLD to care for her sick mother inlaw. Spent yesterday shopping, cooking and baking, so I can take a feast with me. However I was told last night the father inlaw "doesnt eat vegan" That gave me a chuckle.
I have been slack with the exercise. Definitely need to pick that up again. I am also indulging too much on an evening. Replacing previous bad habits with chocolate and I never use to be a chocolate fan grrr. Overall though I am happy to see I can eat around 1100 calories a day, feel full and not gain weight. I just have a few small tweaks left =)
Hubbys weight 85.5 another 1kg loss.
I plan to celebrate Easter by NOT eating any chocolate!

p.s Aldis has easter eggs that are vegan friendly (Choices) and the Lindt dark chocolate rabbit in coles/woolies is also fine.

Fruit salad for lunch! Papaya, persimmon, kiwi, apple, plum and fig with the juice of half a lime and sprinkled with coriander and mint leaves. Some of these fruits, such as fig and plum I have never tried before.
