Okay, I did well yesterday with paying attention to the size of my portions. Only had problems at dinner but that steak was SO GOOD!!! HOw was I going to eat only 8 ounces when it was PERFECT?!!! LOst 2 pounds anyway.

Can I just say that I was totally bummed when I got on the scales this morning and saw 265! So glad I decided to use portion control and journal to get this down. I weighed 40 pounds less at beginning of December 2013. So my new goal is to lose 20 pounds in 14 days. After than point I'll be happy to lose 1/2 pound per day. Walking is the other thing I'm going to be doing.

So after entering my food from yesterday I determined that the problem is what I thought! I eat TOO MUCH!!! Today I will begin to scale down. I really really really want to lose 100 pounds by summer! It can be done at 1/2 pound per day!!
