Yesterday was a huge fail. Overate by 500 calories due to bad planning, a bad mood, and an extra long day at work that resulted in a beer when I got home.
But today's a new day! I still lost weight this week. I really need to get to the gym every day. That needs to be the next goal.

Uhh, yeah. I'm definitely going to eat that double chocolate chip cookie I found in the office, so I already added it to my lunch calories. I've been craving sugar! Good thing I got my ass up and went to the gym this morning.

Aaahhh! Someone is reheating Chinese food in my hallway and it smells SO GOOD! Feeling a bit deprived right now, and tempted to go out for lunch; however, I'm broke, so that will keep me eating what I packed.
Also, did y'all see that weigh in? I know it's mostly water and bloat, but YES! My pants fit again!
