Every time I eat red meat or fowl, my joint pain increases. Likewise, when I eat a lot of soy, I don't feel very well. If I try to live on fresh fruit and vegetables, I feel tired. I really don't know what to do. The joint pain is much less if I don't eat flesh foods; in fact, it goes away. Same for the DePuytren's Contractures in my right hand. When I eat fish, I don't seem to have a problem, except that I feel sad for the death of the fish.
