A good week overall. Pushed back Dry January from the 6th to the 12th (I had a drink with my wife past weekend). Kinda lost it a bit on Wednesday and hate some sweets I had in a drawer at my desk. Jogged twice and I plan to go for a 3rd on Saturday. Did try to stay away from carb with more or less success. Happy with the weight in!
