The weekend always gets me. Gained back all of the weight I lost last week. This is still a big let-down for me, even though I know it's because I really need to be more disciplined in my food choices--even if it's a cheat day. I've been taking "cheat days" to a whole new level, and it's not good. I'm disappointing myself.... :(

Two workouts today....but I had a hard time doing all of the reps during the first workout (though I completed it) and I only did a short evening workout.

MORNING WORKOUT:
Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" (5lb. & 8lb. weights)

FOOD INTAKE:
1. Breakfast: Choco-Coco Coffee Visalus Shake + 1 Filipino BBQ Stick
2. Lunch: Leftover Filipino Party Food (Ukoy + Shanghai Lumpia + Lechon)....and this REALLY didn't help!
3. Dinner: Homemade Mexican Rice + Beef Picadillo (only had a kid-sized bowl, but this will help weight me down too)
4. Snack: Last piece of Symphony Bar

EVENING WORKOUT:
Treadmill (Burned 237 calories & 74.1 fat cals) for 25 minutes......much shorter than my usual 43 minutes; but to be honest, I really didn't feel like working out. I had to push myself to do these 25. I know that's not helping either. I'm bummed that I won't reach my weight goal....and that I HAVEN'T reached my weight goals. I get close to my weekly goals, but screw it up on the weekend. It's so frustrating!

I have the same challenges....I do good all week and then blow it on the weekends. I can feel your pain.....
