Just goes to show that taking time for exercise recovery but not changing your eating habits will lead to weight gain. Taking time to let the body rest from exercise for an extended period can be great. But, eating habits will need to be adjusted. Problem is that this time of the year (Holidays) there is more chance that eating habits are worse. I'll be back at it after the first of the year and am not worried. I have a Goal to be ready for a challenge in November.
