I want the weight to come off more quickly but I know that it's going to be a long process. I guess you can't undo the results of years of poor eating habits in just a few weeks. But one little milestone this morning...I'm able to wear a size large shirt that was in my closet without it being too tight. Hopefully soon I can say goodbye to the X-Large's I've been wearing.
