Good morning all!!! I finally got off my plateau!!! yea!! I only got to work out on Friday, but I really pushed myself. I was dripping by the time it was all over with. I think I may have some girls who are interested in taking my class. Hopefully I'll be teaching this week. I'll also be sparring and training with my friend at the boxing gym.
I am so tired this morning...my dog kept me up most of the night. He kept pacing the floor b/c my hubby was gone. I hope I can recuperate tonight. Other than that, I feel pretty good.

Kim, he went out with a friend so he was gone till early this morning. I'm teaching a women's fitness mma class.

Thanks everybody!! I just hope it keeps going down, down, down!!! I'm seriously considering doing at least one amateur fight. I'm so pumped...I just want to fight once and see what I'm made of!!
