As I said yesterday I'm in a rut, not really going up or down. My own fault of course, can't get lazy about this and expect results. Tomorrow evening we have a dinner theater event with some friends so I'll eat light up to that, also eating light today. Got to stop allowing myself little cheats all the time, a cheat here and one there add up plus it's slipping back to old habits. And I have to make time for exercise every day, can't allow busy schedules and hectic work days to push that aside. I can't expect results without putting forth the effort.
I need a goal to work for so I'm setting one - 3 weeks from now is Oct. 4 - goal weight for that time is 220 lbs, that's 7 1/2 lbs which is very realistic if I just go back to and stick to what works.
