3 lbs in two weeks sounds bad. But there's no way I've eaten 10,000 more carlories in two weeks. I didn't go on any binge, and eat healthful food. (almost) I had one large bag of chips, 1 small can of Pepsi and 2 bottles of wine. Does that equate 10K calories?
Well, enough complaining, time to start tracking my calories and keep my eye on the prize.
