Hi Gang, Did a little experiment these past few weeks for a couple of reasons. First of all, to see how I can lead a life where I don't jot down things I eat or how much I exercise. I wanted to see what would happen if I just ate what I considered healthy with a couple of splurges with friends on the weekend. And secondly, I got really busy at work and with studies. I am working on getting another degree and it's been harder than I thought.
I lost a pound since my last weigh in about 3 weeks ago. Didn't lose much but did make it under 200!!
I can see that if I want to hit my goal, I will have to watch things a bit better but it could have been worse.
