First day of a new month, and I've stuck to it! I've lost 13 lbs for the month of November. I've continued calorie counting daily, weigh ins almost daily (save for a few days), have worked out 5-7 days a week (minimum of 30 min cardio, or 10k steps), I haven't had fast food all month, and have been making sandwiches, salads, or soups for my dinners at work...so I'm really proud of my efforts. Keep going... Keep going!! Don't give in, don't let anything hold you back from your goal! You're strong. You deserve it. You've worked hard. Earn it. Just. Keep. Going.
