Yes. I burn more calories than I eat. Works every time. I did have a binge a few days ago. Had to walk myself to death after dinner to make up the calories. lol

I am a big fat diabetic. I do not take insulin and am trying to control my blood sugar level by counting carbs. I tried to find out what is the carb intake level for a
normal person but can not get the answer. I sit all day, I am retired, have little to do and just keep gaining. It gets lonesome.
