Last week was the first full week back from holidays. Continued playing with low carb and fasting. Lots of weight fluctuations. Been reading library books and listening to podcasts on fasting. Notified the 28 Days Fast Start book ready for pickup. Decided to give it ago. Recommends to not weigh in again until done. I'll check back in after the 28 days. I started using Simple fasting app the free version. Seems okay. Let's see if the notifications asking me to upgrade to premium drive me crazy.
