I have decided its best to weigh only once a week because I find myself obsessing about gaining anything one day over the next. I'm committing to every Friday. This way, I'll have a definite loss at the end of the week and feel good about going into the weekend where there are more temptations. Don't rail against yourself in any way. Stay the course.
