Not sure why the scale didn't budge much this week. It could be because I really haven't been eating enough. I've been doing intermittent fasting every day. Maybe I need to switch it up. This weekend I'm gonna eat BF in the mornings and see what happens. I really haven't had as much energy this week and yesterday I had a wave of depression that I hadn't had in a long time. Feel better today. I'll get through though. We all will.
