You're way too hard on yourself anyone who's lost 30 pounds has already seen a lot of progress on the scale one thing I would like to suggest because I didn't do it is grab yourself a tape measure do neck waist hips because a lot of times your body starts doing rearranging signs of progress they don't necessarily show on the scales
