Started stabilization. Noticed that I now wake up hungry, but after eating breakfast I am fine until lunch time. Had my son's shark birthday party this weekend and it was great.

Wow so proud of you. I just ran into a woman at our center that started hers and had her "after" picture taken. One day we all will get there too. Keep on pluggin, and congrats!!!

Yea Andrea, I am so happy for you. Do you get more food? I am going in this Friday and making sure my center isn't going to close down and if it is, the girl there said that she would give me the info on stabilization because I am only 13 lbs to my goal and when I get about 8 lbs I can start stabilization. How is it different? Keep up the great work.

Congrats on making it to stablization! Keep us posted on how that phase is different...I never made it to that phase back in 2004, I quit right after weight loss which I'm sure is why I'm now back to do it again. I am very happy for you and can benefit from your experience as I continue in the program!
