Things went well dietwise, but for an unknown reason, the scale is not showing it. I guess that all this jogging means building some muscle and there are plateaus in life. The funny thing is, though, I'm feeling that my pants are a little loose on the hips and what I see in the mirror is little different from a month ago (looks better than it did, far from a magazine cover mind you, but still). Things must be going on the right way.
