Thanks all, you guys are great.
HCB, yes, more or less. I generally drink coffee (black) or iced tea all the time. Then I usually have a late lunch around 1pm and try to finish my dinner meals within 6 hours. After seeing that IF video that someone recommended on here, I've been thinking about maybe extending it. It sure has reduced my appetite (which I didn't anticipate) but I find I am eating much smaller portions and am not hungry between meals anymore. I overheard another guy at a Chinese place I frequent say he only eats one meal every 8 days. I would have thought that was extraordinarily unhealthy before, but now I am not so sure. Seems fasting might be meant to be a more regular part of life. Who knows, I'm just a traveler trying to make my way.

You got the right attitude. You are exploring, finding what works, and it will pay off for you. As you lose more it will compound on itself with the increased activity. Good luck there!
